What Is Causing Mysterious Health Issues - Cellular Dysfunction

What Is Causing Mysterious Health Issues?

What Is Causing Mysterious Health Issues – Cellular Dysfunction

Many of us overlook mysterious health issues, but it’s important to pay attention to them because our body is trying to tell us something. Specifically, mysterious health symptoms are often indicative of an underlying issue that needs to be addressed. I know this firsthand, as I have experienced many mysterious health symptoms when I became sick back in 2000. These symptoms may seem minor at first, but they often escalate in severity rapidly.

For me, what started out as just not feeling like myself turned into an epic battle against a mysterious illness. It got so bad that they were days I didn’t even get out of bed and had to cancel all my appointments with clients. It was my wife, through her faith in God, that gave me the strength to continue on when she told me, “God is not only going to get you well, but you’re going to take a message to the world.”

At the moment, I wanted no part in God’s plan, as I still didn’t even know what was wrong with me. Through countless hours of research and consulting with other professionals in the field, I finally figured out that mercury toxicity was behind my mysterious health symptoms.

After I got myself well, my whole perception of reality changed and my focus turned to getting my message out to the world. I spent 20 years giving conferences to other doctors on how they could pinpoint the cause of their client’s mysterious health symptoms and neurotoxic illnesses.

I want you to know that your mysterious health symptoms have a defined cause behind them. Through my own pain and suffering, God led me to this calling and I am thankful to my wife for giving me strength when I was at rock bottom.

Common Mysterious Health Symptoms

Do you struggle with fatigue, hair thinning, depression, anxiety, brain fog, or forgetfulness? These are just a few examples of common physical and mental health symptoms that are signaling something is not right in your body.

Other potential warning signs include difficulty concentrating, skin problems, sleep issues like insomnia, high blood pressure, feeling cold all the time, muscle twitching in the face or eyelids, digestive problems such as constipation or diarrhea, bad breath or body odor, dizziness, irritability, sensitivity to sound, and abnormal menstrual cycles.

What Is Causing Mysterious Health Issues – Cellular Dysfunction

As I have found out through my own health struggles and while working with clients, the cause of mysterious health issues almost always comes down to cellular dysfunction. So what is causing this cellular dysfunction that leads to mysterious health issues and degenerative diseases?

Toxins Are Driving Cellular Dysfunction And Mysterious Health Issues

What makes these toxins so dangerous is their ability to bioaccumulate in our bodies. This means that they build up over time and are extremely difficult to remove. As these toxins fill up our cells and cause systemic dysfunction, our body’s “toxin bucket” overflows, resulting in a wide range of mysterious health issues.

Toxins Are Driving Cellular Dysfunction And Mysterious Health Issues

Some examples of these toxins include PFAS, atrazine, bisphenols found in plastic products, microplastics (small particles of plastic), heavy metals, and glyphosate, a commonly used pesticide. These toxins are commonly found in our food, water, air supply, and everyday household items. If you are like most people, you are accumulating these toxins unknowingly.1 2 3 4 5 6

Other toxins include the chemicals in processed foods, rancid vegetable oils, the toxins in tap water, the chemicals in cleaning supplies, and the chemicals in commercial body care products. The list goes on and on to the point where nearly everything we use or come into contact with is driving cellular dysfunction.7 8 9 10 11

How Do Toxins Cause Cellular Dysfunction?

Studies have shown that the presence of harmful toxins significantly contributes to cellular dysfunction. This is because toxins drive the production of excessive amounts of reactive oxygen species (ROS), which triggers a domino effect within the body’s innate immune response.12 13

In addition to disrupting cellular processes such as nutrient and waste transport, toxin-induced inflammation also results in a lack of ATP production. As cells struggle with properly transporting essential substances across their membrane, insufficient energy production reduces detoxification capacity. This has severe consequences, as cells are unable to effectively manage metabolic waste and toxic buildup, leading to a wide range of mysterious health symptoms.14

Furthermore, the production of inflammatory cytokines by immune cells also contributes to the development of chronic diseases by disrupting important regulatory mechanisms in the body. These cytokines alter gene expression and metabolism, further exacerbating inflammation and oxidative stress.15

Glutathione, or GSH, is an essential antioxidant that plays a critical role in maintaining cellular health and protecting against oxidative damage. Its functions include neutralizing reactive oxygen species (ROS) and free radicals. However, the production of glutathione is influenced by the levels of cellular ATP.16

The Effect Toxins Have On Cellular Membranes

The impact of toxins on cellular membrane health cannot be underestimated. Toxins, particularly heavy metals, trigger inflammation and damage the protective walls of cells. As a result, the cellular gateways become obstructed, hindering the flow of necessary nutrients and preventing waste removal from the cells. This disruption can be likened to a city with blocked gates, where resources are unable to enter and waste accumulates within its walls, causing harm to its inhabitants due to malnutrition.17

Is Cellular Membrane Inflammation Causing Your Mysterious Health Issues?

An effective way to measure oxidative stress and cell membrane damage caused by free radicals is through an in-home test that utilizes a substance to react with toxic aldehydes in urine.

This specialized test is specifically designed to target malondialdehyde, a byproduct of fat metabolism, and accurately determine its concentration. The level of malondialdehyde detected indicates the extent of oxidized fat and cellular damage, making it 50 times more accurate than traditional blood tests.

A significant advantage of this test is that it provides visual results through a color change from yellow to magenta. The degree of color change indicates the severity of cell membrane damage, with a darker magenta color suggesting a higher amount of damage occurring. The Pompa Program utilizes this test as the first step to determine cellular health.

Cellular Membrane Inflammation Also Causes Hormone Dysfunction

Hormone resistance is a complex condition that is linked to toxin-induced cellular membrane inflammation. Some mysterious health issues associated with hormone resistance include changes in weight, feelings of tiredness or exhaustion, hair loss or thinning, difficulty conceiving, and unpredictable shifts in mood.

Hormone resistance is due to the inability of important hormones such as thyroid hormone, insulin, estrogen, testosterone, and leptin to deliver their messages effectively within the cell.18

Once we understand that inflammation caused by toxins changes the shape of hormone receptors, it makes it easier to address hormone resistance. To better grasp this idea, think of the key and lock analogy. If the lock becomes damaged, even the correct key cannot open it.

Similarly, inflammation in the cellular membrane alters hormone receptor structures, making it difficult for hormones to fit into them or effectively deliver their messages. This renders the amount of hormones circulating throughout the blood irrelevant, as they are unable to properly regulate cellular metabolism.

Fix The Cell And Witness Mysterious Health Issues Vanish

Since most mysterious health issues are caused by cellular dysfunction, we simply need to fix the cell to get well. I have developed a series of five steps that I call the 5Rs that are designed to do exactly that.

R1 – Reducing Exposure To Toxins

To begin the journey towards better cellular health, we must first eliminate the source of toxins that disrupt our bodies’ natural processes. This means making mindful decisions about what we consume and what products we use in our daily lives. Choosing organic and natural options instead of processed foods and chemical-laden products significantly reduces our exposure to toxins and chemicals that accumulate in our bodies.

R2 – Repairing Cellular Membranes

Years of toxic accumulation damages cellular membranes, hindering their ability to function properly. To restore these vital components, the process of lipid synthesis is crucial. This complex process requires specific nutraceuticals to aid in the repair of phospholipids, which are essential building blocks for repairing damaged membranes.

In addition to incorporating nutraceuticals provided by the Pompa Program, a healthy diet also plays a significant role in regenerating cellular membranes. By consuming the right types of dietary fat, we provide our bodies with the necessary tools for repair. Omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids in the correct ratio are essential in repairing membrane function and regulating fluidity.19

R3 – Boosting Cellular Energy

Mitochondria, the powerhouses of our cells, play a critical role in energy production and detoxification. To support their functioning and promote the growth of new mitochondria, there are specific nutraceuticals that are provided as part of the Pompa Program. These compounds work to optimize mitochondrial function, ensuring an adequate supply of energy for optimal cellular processes like detoxification.20

R4 – Reducing Inflammation at the Cellular Level

When cellular membranes are inflamed, it triggers a harmful cycle of oxidative stress and chronic inflammation. To break this cycle, specialized nutraceuticals are used to downregulate inflammation and restore cellular balance. Without addressing membrane inflammation, it is impossible to achieve ideal cellular health despite adopting a healthy lifestyle.21

R5 – Restoring Methylation

Methylation levels play a crucial role in regulating gene expression. When levels are low, genes that are meant to remain inactive become active, leading to mysterious health issues. By reestablishing proper methylation, we turn off these negative genes and promote overall health and well-being.22

What Is Causing Mysterious Health Issues – Cellular Dysfunction

Toxins are driving mysterious health issues by disrupting cellular function on a myriad of levels. First, toxins cause ROS production, which result in systemic inflammation. Second, toxins cause cellular membrane inflammation that reduces ATP production and makes it hard to remove metabolic byproducts from cells. Third, toxins cause hormone resistance, leading to endocrine problems systematically.

In short, if we want to get to the core cause of mysterious health issues, we must reduce our exposure to toxins and remove the toxins that have accumulated over the course of decades.
