Body Detox – Heal The Cell And Get Well
One of the best things you can do for your health is a body detox. Properly detoxing the body starts on the cellular level because cellular health determines organism health. It is only when cellular health is optimized that we can expect our body as a whole to function optimally. This is why we first focus on cellular detox before downstream detoxification outlets like the colon and liver.
When toxins enter the cells or attach to the cellular membrane, inflammation results.1 2 In turn, cellular fluidity decreases, restricting the flow of nutrients into the cell and waste products out of the cell.3 Without efficient access to raw materials, ATP production drops. The production of glutathione also drops, as it is dependent on ATP.4
Think of each individual cell as a city protected by a wall. As long as everything is functioning normally, raw materials will be allowed to enter the city through the gates and waste products like trash will be allowed to exit through the gates. However, if the gates are not open, nothing will be allowed to enter or leave. Without anything new coming into the city, the habitants will be starved for resources and waste will pile up within the city.
It is only after we repair the gates into the city, or in this case, collectively repair our cellular membranes, that everything can be transported normally again. By normalizing cellular fluidity, our cells will have ample resources for both cellular ATP and glutathione production, while removing metabolic waste byproducts from the cell.
Glutathione – The Key To Body Detox On The Cellular Level
Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that has been shown to reduce inflammation in the body. It works by binding to and neutralizing free radicals, which are molecules that can cause oxidative damage and inflammation.5 A lack of glutathione production is linked with inflammatory conditions such as asthma, arthritis, and eczema, as well as autoimmune diseases like lupus. Without enough ATP or glutathione, brain fog, autoimmune-related conditions, hormone-related conditions, and many idiopathic issues are the result.6
Think of glutathione as all the functioning members of society that make civilization a reality. Glutathione can be collectively seen as construction workers, garbage men, electricians, truck drivers, and the rest. Without enough glutathione production, the cell, and in turn, the body, suffer the consequences.
A cellular detox and cellular cleaning program can help you achieve optimal health by removing toxins, eliminating metabolic waste, enhancing nutrient absorption, boosting energy levels, and promoting a healthy immune system. Doing so will directly target the true cause of disease and is the way forward to reaching peak physical and mental performance.
Detox the cell and you will get well.
Body Detox On The Cellular Level
A body detox starts with cellular detoxification. The cell membrane consists of a lipid bilayer (2 layers of fat) that can enable the transfer of nutrients into the cell and waste products out of the cell. As stated before, if toxins are causing inflammation, this lipid bilayer isn’t able to function properly, leading to cellular toxicity.
The consequences of cellular inflammation are autoimmune conditions and hormone issues.7 Hormones signal the cells by attaching to receptors located on the cellular membrane. However, if they are unable to dock due to inflammation, they aren’t able to send their message to the cells. This results in catastrophic consequences, as the endocrine system isn’t able to communicate with the cells of the body, leading to a wide range of diseases like thyroid disorder and insulin resistance.8
What Is A True Cellular Detox (TCD)?
A True Cellular Detox (TCD) is the term I use to describe a comprehensive approach to improving one’s overall health through the removal of toxins from the body at the cellular level. Toxins like heavy metals, mold exposure, and hidden infections are often responsible for cellular toxicity. After targeting the sources of toxicity and removing them from your life, binders are required to pull toxins out of the cells. It is only after we remove the source of toxicity and remove toxins from the cells that we can go on to the next step, regenerating the cell membrane.
What Is Cellular Cleaning And How Can It Assist With A Body Detox?
Cellular cleaning works in conjunction with cellular detox to ensure that the cellular environment is free from toxins and metabolic waste. Cellular cleaning in conjunction with a true cellular detox involves improving your lifestyle to avoid toxins and instead, consume elements that will build up your health.
First, stay away from environmental toxins and EMF radiation. Second, eat foods that are natural and grown organically that include fruits, vegetables, grass-fed meat, seeds, nuts, and if desired, grass-fed dairy. Avoid processed foods and foods grown with chemicals like glyphosate. When possible, opt for natural health-based medicines and avoid synthetic, man-made pharmaceuticals. Take part in regular sauna sessions or steam baths for improved lymph system detoxification.
Benefits Of A Body Detox: Cellular Detox And Cleaning
A body detox that starts with a cellular detox and cleansing removes toxins, metabolic waste products, and dead cells from the body. Increased energy levels, improved mental clarity, balanced hormones, stronger immunity, better digestion, reduced inflammation, and healthier skin and hair growth are soon to follow.
True Cellular Detox
The 5Rs of a true cellular detox is a comprehensive strategy that focuses on helping the body detoxify from toxins, reduce inflammation, and reset damaged metabolism.
Here Are My 5Rs To Achieve A True Body Detox
R1 – Remove The Source Of Toxicity
The first step in a true cellular detox is to remove any source that is causing toxicity. This includes removing environmental toxins, heavy metals, pesticides, industrial chemicals, radiation, EMFs, and other pollutants from your life.
This can be confusing at first, especially if you don’t know exactly what is at the root of your health problems. In my case, it took me years to figure out that mercury from dental fillings was making me sick. As soon as I understood that mercury toxicity was the main issue behind my health problems, I had my dental fillings removed.
However, I still didn’t feel well and eventually realized that mercury accumulated in my body, specifically in my brain. The key was to remove the mercury from my cells if I ever wanted to feel well.
After removing toxins from your life, it is time to remove them from your body. In the case of heavy metals, I discuss in detail how to remove them from your body, but realize this isn’t a quick-fix solution, but a long-term strategy to removing what is making you ill so your body can naturally fix itself. There are also common hidden toxins that may be making you sick that I discuss as well.
R2 – Regenerate The Cell Membrane
By strengthening and regenerating the cell membrane, it can once again act as an effective filter, allowing vital nutrients to pass through while keeping out unwanted toxins. With a healthy cell membrane in place, the cell can return to its normal function and help to maintain the balance of the body.
R3 – Restoring Cellular Energy Production
The next step in a true cellular cleansing is to repair any damage that has taken place within the body. As stated before, we must restore cellular ATP production that also restores glutathione production if we want to neutralize cellular toxins and expel them from the cell.
R4 – Downregulate Cellular Inflammation
Cellular inflammation persists long after toxins that caused inflammation have been removed. Due to a complicated feedback loop, it is required to reset inflamed cells back to their default state. Only then will cellular inflammation subside and conditions related to inflammation vanish.
R5 – Restore Methylation
Methylation is an essential process for optimal health, where the body adds small methyl groups to its DNA. When methylation occurs properly, it helps block harmful genes from having any real effect on the body, as they aren’t expressed. Unfortunately, toxins and other waste compounds can disrupt the body’s natural methylation cycle, preventing it from managing the activity of bad genes.
When the body isn’t properly methylating genes, individuals experience chronic stress and hormonal imbalances that worsen over time. To restore healthy methylation, which is essential for maintaining good health, the body needs to be able to properly suppress unhealthy genes and promote beneficial ones. When this occurs, it can lead to improved general health and increased overall well-being.
When followed correctly, the 5Rs of true cellular detox and cleansing can target the root cause of inflammatory-related and hormone-related diseases.
Body Detox: Cellular Detox And Cellular Cleansing
To get the most out of a body detox that focuses on repairing the cell, it is important to understand what is making you sick. Only then can you remove these toxins from your life, repair the cellular membrane, re-establish cellular energy production, reduce cellular inflammation, and restore methylation. While it may sound like a lot, this is the only way to really detox your body at the base level and start anew.
